Yirunde General Purpose Lubricating Silicone Grease is suitablefor lubricating metal and plastic, as well as plastic-to-plastic surfaces, andcan be used in humid or chemically corrosive environments. It is ideal forlubricating and waterproofing plastic and rubber components such as bathroomequipment, diving gear, and "O" rings. This product is made bythickening synthetic oil with an inorganic thickener and adding high-efficiencyadditives like anti-oxidants and anti-corrosion agents through a special refiningprocess. Once opened, the container must be sealed promptly to preventmoisture, impurities, and other harmful substances from contaminating theproduct and affecting its insulation performance.
Itcan be used for electrical insulation, valve lubrication, gasket sealing,vacuum sealing, waterproofing, mold release, vibration damping, and more. It isalso suitable for lubricating parts and protecting equipment in householdappliances, food machinery, cosmetic machinery, optical devices, andinstruments and meters. It should not be mixed with other greases.
Thisproduct is available in three consistency grades: NLGI 1#, 2#, and 3#.Packaging can be customized according to needs, such as 1kg, 5kg, or 15kgplastic barrels, or other customer-specific packaging. It should not be storedfor extended periods and should be kept protected from dust and moisture.
Ithas excellent high and low-temperature performance and oxidation stability,with minimal change in consistency across a wide temperature range. The greaseis highly resistant to cold or hot water, offers good mold release properties,and provides excellent electrical insulation. It has a very low evaporationloss, good lubrication and sealing properties, and is compatible with metals,most plastics, and rubber materials. With excellent chemical stability, it canbe used in weak acid, weak alkali, humid environments, and conditions withlarge temperature fluctuations.
Thecontainers must be cleaned with an appropriate solvent to ensure they are freefrom impurities, moisture, oil residues, and fibers.
