1. Applications
        This product is suitable for lubrication needs in extremely high     temperatures and heavy loads, where ordinary greases cannot perform. It is     widely used for the lubrication and friction reduction of various     bearings, gears, guides, and cams. Specific applications include:

• Bearings in film stretching and drawing machines, heat-setting     machines, corrugated cardboard machines, hot air blowers, welding     machines, high-temperature motors, etc.

• Lubrication for bearings in hot oil pumps and conveyor belts in     high-temperature environments.

• Lubrication for fixing films in printers and copiers, ejector     pins in injection molding machines, and bearings in transmission systems     in glass and aluminum factories.

This product is available in threedifferent consistency grades: NLGI 1#, 2#, and 3#.

2. Performance Characteristics

• Wide operating temperature range,     excellent high-temperature stability and oxidation resistance.

• Very low consistency change with temperature, minimal     volatility, and a long service life.

• Outstanding wear resistance, scratch resistance, combustion     resistance, radiation resistance, and corrosion resistance.

• Low friction coefficient and high load-bearing capacity,     compatible with most rubbers and plastics.

• Excellent water resistance, oil resistance, vacuum resistance     (low vapor pressure), and resistance to most organic solvents and strong     acids and bases.

3. Product Introduction
        This product is made by thickening highly chemically stable special oil     with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), adding special anti-corrosion     additives, and then processing through a special refining process,     resulting in excellent performance.

4. Packaging Specifications
        The product is commonly packaged in 4L and 20L iron drums, but custom     packaging can be provided according to customer requirements.

5. Precautions

• Ensure that the containers used are cleaned properly, free from     impurities, moisture, oil stains, or fibers before use.

• After use, the container must be tightly sealed to prevent     moisture, impurities, and other harmful substances from contaminating the     product and affecting its performance.

• Do not store the product for too long. It should be kept in a     dust- and moisture-free environment, and not mixed with other greases.
