Thisproduct is made by thickening refined base oil with high base number calciumsulfonate and adding various high-efficiency additives such as antioxidants andstructural enhancers. It demonstrates excellent performance characteristics.The grease offers outstanding high-temperature reversibility and suitableadhesiveness, ensuring no loss or degradation at high temperatures, maintainingstable performance for normal use. Its lubrication and extreme pressureproperties come from the thickener itself, without the need for additionaladditives, providing effective lubrication for bearing parts and reducing wear.Furthermore, it has excellent water washout resistance, with minimal change inconsistency even when exposed to large amounts of water, and its performanceremains stable.
Thisgrease is widely used for the lubrication of rolling bearings inhigh-temperature and heavy-load environments. It is also suitable forlubricating bearings, gears, chains, and high-speed, large couplings underheavy loads and medium/low speeds, as well as for parts exposed to water,steam, or acids/bases. Specific applications include lubrication and protectionof bearings in paper mills’ drying cylinders, cement mills’ cooler machines,ship decks, maritime equipment, and construction machinery. The product isavailable in four consistency grades: NLGI 00#, 0#, 1#, and 2#, to meet variousrequirements. When using this grease, ensure that the lubrication points arecleaned beforehand, and the container should be sealed immediately after use toprevent contaminants from affecting performance. Avoid mixing with othergreases.
