Performance Features
     This product boasts excellent high-temperature reversibility and suitable     adhesiveness, ensuring that it does not lose or degrade at high     temperatures, thus ensuring proper operation in high-heat environments;
     Outstanding lubrication and extreme pressure performance, inherent in the     thickener, which eliminates the need for additional additives. It provides     effective lubrication for load-bearing parts and reduces wear;
     Excellent water wash-out resistance, maintaining a stable consistency even     when exposed to large amounts of water.

Product Introduction
     Yirunde Composite Calcium Sulfonate Grease is made from high alkaline     composite calcium sulfonate-thickened refined base oils, combined with     antioxidants, structural enhancers, and other high-performance additives.     It is designed for high-load, high-temperature, and humid environments.

Applications
     Ideal for the lubrication and protection of equipment in the metallurgy     industry, such as hot and cold rolling mill bearings, continuous casting     machines, rotary tables, crystallizers, secondary cooling sections,     fan-shaped roller tracks, straightening machines, and shearing machines;
     Suitable for lubrication of heavy-load, low-speed bearings, gears, chains,     and large high-speed couplings under high-temperature conditions;
     Ideal for lubrication and protection in environments where water, steam,     acids, or alkalis are present.

Precautions
     Clean the lubricating parts thoroughly before use;
     Seal the container after use to prevent contamination;
     Do not mix with other greases.

     Available in 1kg, 10kg, 15kg plastic drums, 170kg iron drums, or     customized packaging as per client requirements.
